Recent, new customer. Had the most amazing hair restyle and colour with Simone. Had the ‘lived in’ look and had so many compliments about it. Simone was ace, was attentive, listened to what I wanted and came up with the most amazing colour. Today I have had a free, yes free blow dry as a treat - such a lovely thing to do. Can’t wait for my appointment next week!

This was my first visit at the salon. Monica was my hairstylist and during our consultation she was very attentive to understand exactly what I was looking to have done. Visited for the first time and it was amazing! Monica advised what we could try with my hair and worked with me. She did a lovely scalp massage while washing my hair and the shampoo smelt like chocolate milkshake! Was impressed that they recommend booking at 8 weeks when most places push you to book at 6 weeks. First time at this salon as a very nervous customer and I had an amazing experience. I chose to have the hair Botox package as I have breakage and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish. Walked out loving my new hair. Simone was really helpful with helping me understand the best ways of drying my hair and what products to use that would be perfect for my hair type and extensions. I will now be a regular customer as it was the best cut Iv had and the tape extensions at the front of my hair will definitely be here to stay. Thank you for restoring my faith in salons . Great experience at the salon. Got a balayage done at the salon for the first time by Monica, and she did a fantastic job! Talked me through each step and explained the best aftercare. She did exactly what I wanted and my hair came out looking beautiful! Would highly recommend! x

Great hair salon. Monica explained how a previous hairdresser (from a different salon) had cut my hair, how I would need to grow it out and managed to cut my hair in a style where it looked amazing and would grow towards the look I wanted. Aftercare was explained very well explained. Since being home I have decided i prefer the style I have now than the one I was aiming for so Monica has worked wonders.

Laura did my hair , I have very fine thin hair and she suggested babylight instead of highlight. Due to my previous bad experience with highlight i was staying away from hairdressed for about an year and was very scared of how it will turnout . But Laura was a pro and reassured me .End result : a very happy customer , I wanted cool ashtone highlight in my dark brown hair and Laura nailed it . Definitely will come back here again .

Had my hair done with trainee Emily. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish, explaining everything she was doing and why, explained how to look after my hair and colour afterwards. I couldn't love my hair now more If I tried. I asked for low maintenance, easy to look after style and colour, and that's exactly what I got. The salon overall is beautiful and the experience and service you receive is like no other. Everyone is so polite, helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond. Can't wait to come back!
