Visited for the first time and it was amazing! Monica advised what we could try with my hair and worked with me. She did a lovely scalp massage while washing my hair and the shampoo smelt like chocolate milkshake! Was impressed that they recommend booking at 8 weeks when most places push you to book at 6 weeks. X

First time at this salon as a very nervous customer and I had an amazing experience. I chose to have the hair Botox package as I have breakage and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish. Walked out loving my new hair. Simone was really helpful with helping me understand the best ways of drying my hair and what products to use that would be perfect for my hair type and extensions. I will now be a regular customer as it was the best cut Iv had and the tape extensions at the front of my hair will definitely be here to stay. Thank you for restoring my faith in salons . First time using this salon and can’t rate it enough. Staff are so welcoming, professional and HONEST about what hairstyle suits you. Personal thanks to Simone who did my hair. Loving my new style, colour and top tips on aftercare. Will definitely be rebooking 🙂

Great experience at the salon. Got a balayage done at the salon for the first time by Monica, and she did a fantastic job! Talked me through each step and explained the best aftercare. She did exactly what I wanted and my hair came out looking beautiful! Would highly recommend! x

Great hair salon. Monica explained how a previous hairdresser (from a different salon) had cut my hair, how I would need to grow it out and managed to cut my hair in a style where it looked amazing and would grow towards the look I wanted. Aftercare was explained very well explained. Since being home I have decided i prefer the style I have now than the one I was aiming for so Monica has worked wonders.

Laura did my hair , I have very fine thin hair and she suggested babylight instead of highlight. Due to my previous bad experience with highlight i was staying away from hairdressed for about an year and was very scared of how it will turnout . But Laura was a pro and reassured me .End result : a very happy customer , I wanted cool ashtone highlight in my dark brown hair and Laura nailed it . Definitely will come back here again .

Had my hair done with trainee Emily. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish, explaining everything she was doing and why, explained how to look after my hair and colour afterwards. I couldn't love my hair now more If I tried. I asked for low maintenance, easy to look after style and colour, and that's exactly what I got. The salon overall is beautiful and the experience and service you receive is like no other. Everyone is so polite, helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond. Can't wait to come back! The girls are absolutely amazing. My hair for various reasons hasn’t been behaving when we were colouring it. They took the time to sort out the problem and gave me lots of expert advice. I left with healthy looking hair and I’m thrilled with it. Thanks ladies. X x

My daughter and myself have a wash and blow dry with Simone mostly every 4 weeks and both feel feel absolutely amazing with our hair when she has finished. Simone and the salon are of a very high standard and so are their products and nothing is to much trouble and is most welcoming. I highly recomend this salon for all your hairdressing needs. i had my hair done by simone and it was amazing start to finish, she made me feel welcome as soon as i come through the door! my hair looks absoultey stunning and has gave me a real confident boost. i will be 100% returning very very soon as i felt very welcome and the service was amazing. i was also offered a drink or to whilst getting my hair done also a snack! i couldnt be more pleased and i highly reccomend. thankyou so much simone 🙂

Had a wash cut and blow dry by Simone and it was amazing she talked through it all made me feel very welcome and uplifted my hair. My hairs now in really good condition and I love it

I attended the salon last week to have a balayage done with Monica. I’ve been with previous hair dressers before attending this salon and always ended up complaining after every appointment because I wasn’t happy with my hair! Completely different story here, Monica did a fantastic job and for the first time ever I’m actually super happy with my hair! The girls made me feel welcome, offered drinks/snacks etc…and was a lovely friendly environment from the consultation with Simone all the way through to the appointment itself, i booked my next appointment straight away! Huge thankyou!

very happy with my 4 hour visit to remove 30+ years of dark brown box dyes , after trying box colour removers to no effect and sodium bicarb rubs i gave up and put myself in Lauras experienced and kind hands. terrified of the hairdressers after being turned into a poodle 30 + years ago this was a surprisingly pleasant although long visit. Laura listened to what i wanted, discussed what she could do to achieve this and talked me through every step of the way. A really hot day apparently meamt the lift was much lighter than the strand test so Laura was able to achieve what we wanted in just the one session. I am really happy with the result - its actually perfect and much better than i hoped. All the staff were lovely ,everyone in the salon that day had lovely results and seemed really happy. A great place to go if you're nervous or have problem hair. Drinks and snacks offered throughout and the price was very reasonable for what i had done. Condition of my hair is great too. Would highly recommend the salon and Laura in particular - she actually speaks in colour numbers and it was amazing to hear her giving out advice to other staff in numbers. It was such a positive experience Id almost like to book myself in again!!

This was my first time visiting this salon after other salons could not achieve what I wanted with my coloured hair and subsequently ruined it. In my consultation with Laura I was understood straightaway and found that I could finally have the hair I wanted originally. The condition was damaged, discoloured and unflattering, however Simi completely transformed my hair and this is the best it has ever looked. Would highly recommend. A very knowledgable salon, excellent quality and lovely staff.
